"One word - Brilliant! He explained everything to me before the surgery. Since the surgery I have had no pains whatsoever so his surgical skill must be excellent. Because of Covid restrictions my wife could not visit me post op. Chris Ogden phoned her after my op to reassure he that 'all was well'. This was very kind and considerate of him and we really appreciated the gesture."
